Question: Once I sign up as a Vendor, how long before I can start sell parts?
Answer: Being that we are a new business, you should be able to start selling same day or next after your account is approved.
Question: As a Vendor, can I sell to customers overseas?
Answer: Unfortunately at this time, Vendors can only sell to customers who live in the United States of America.
Question: Does RachetMoto has a physical store I can shop at?
Answer: RatchetMoto is an online website that provides a platform for Vendors, who may have physical stores or locations, be we as a provider do not.
Question: How long does it take to receive my purchases from RatchetMoto?
Answer: Each Vendor will ship your purchases as soon as an order gets received and processed. Shipping can take a few days or even longer depending on the circumstances. Note: Please contact the Vendor for a more accurate information once you have purchased a product.
Question: When do you charge my credit card for the purchase?
Answer: Each time you purchase an item from a Vendor, our processor PayPal will process your credit card through their system. Once processed your will receive a confirmation that a charge has been made to your card.
Question: Is my credit card information safe if I place an order online with RachetMoto?
Answer: Absolutely, We at RatchetMoto have taken all the steps necessary to insure every customers information is kept secure and safe.
Question: What if I purchase an item and it doesn’t fit my motorcycle?
Answer: If you purchase an item by mistake or it doesn’t fit your bike. Please contact the Vendor to return your item. Depending on the Vendors return policy, you may or may not be able to return your item.
